Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director of Clinical Pharmacology to design and lead clinical pharmacology strategies across multiple programs. You will communicate key pharmacology strategies to senior management and regulatory agencies, and serve as a liaison to other departments.

The role requires a Ph.D. or PharmD with extensive PK/PD experience, leadership capabilities, and a track record of successful regulatory collaborations.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. degree or equivalent; or PharmD with relevant experience.
• 4+ years in a clinical pharmacology role; PharmD with 8+ years is acceptable.
• Experience across multiple development phases and in PK/PD, biopharmaceutics, and pharmacometrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of clinical pharmacology strategy for development programs.
• Represent Clinical Pharmacology to clinical stage teams and senior management.
• Develop and oversee PK/PD studies and dose-escalation design.
• Provide input for regulatory submissions (IND, CTA, NDA).
• Review protocols and reports for regulatory filings; anticipate questions.
• Partner with R&D functions to deliver pharmacology input at key milestones.
