Job summary

Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona seeks a Clinical Application Manager, Ancillary Applications to lead a team supporting PM/EHR workflows including Epic and VetSpire. You will manage project scope, timelines, and collaborate with clinic staff to optimize outpatient workflows.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT or healthcare, 7–10 years IT experience in healthcare, and 1–3 years of management experience, with strong mentoring and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical application teams in a healthcare setting.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of PM/EHR workflows and integration with ancillary systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to Clinical Specialists and Analysts supporting PM/EHR apps.
• Manage scope, schedule, and quality of projects within Epic, VetSpire and ancillary systems.
• Hire, train, and mentor team; communicate with project director and leadership.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to develop efficient workflows and end-user support.
• Review tickets, coordinate implementation of new systems, and monitor milestones.
