Job summary

Midwestern University is seeking a Clinical Application Manager, Ancillary Applications in Arizona/Illinois to provide technical leadership for the PM/EHR workstreams and supervise a team of Clinical Specialists and Analysts across outpatient clinics.

You will partner with clinic staff to design efficient workflows in Epic and VetSpire, manage projects, timelines, and vendor relations, and drive system optimization while maintaining governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or healthcare related field.
• 7-10 years IT experience in healthcare providers.
• 1-3 years management experience; guiding clinical apps teams.
• Strong mentoring and decision-making skills; integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PM/EHR team; hire, train and manage performance.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and quality of projects.
• Coordinate new requests; ensure deadlines and milestones.
• Collaborate with vendors and MWU leadership to meet business needs.
