Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Policy, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, market access, sales, payer marketing, patient access programs, or a related role in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Strong understanding of reimbursement dynamics, patient affordability challenges, and access barriers
• Direct experience in developing market access messaging, tools, resources
• Ability to develop compelling messaging and resources that support patient access and affordability initiatives
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work across brand, sales, market access, and medical teams
• Experience tracking and measuring the impact of access and affordability initiatives, using data to inform continuous improvement
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
