• Minimum of 4 years in Medical Affairs Strategy.

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development and regulations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Launch/pre-launch experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global medical affairs strategies and plans.
• Support lifecycle management, launch readiness, and indication expansion.
• Identify evidence gaps and prioritize evidence generation.
• Plan and execute advisory boards and expert consultations.
• Support publications, congress activities, and medical education materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet asset objectives.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for strategy.
