Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) is seeking a highly experienced Medical Affairs professional to lead national account medical strategy and payer engagement across insurers, PBMs, GPOs, IDNs, and federal markets. The role requires collaboration with Market Access Directors and cross-functional teams to align with approved policies and guidelines.

The candidate will drive education for payers, support population health initiatives, and oversee remote engagement platforms.

Competenze

• Advanced degree required in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biological Sciences, Health Services Research or Public Health.
• 7+ years of managed care or similar experience in pharma.
• Understanding of US healthcare landscape at national level (payers, PBMs, IDNs).
• Knowledge of clinical pharmacoeconomics, modeling, health outcomes and real-world evidence.
