Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• MBA/JD preferred; 10+ years in pharmaceutical pricing, analytics, or contracting.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal and deal development lifecycle from opportunity assessment to contract execution.
• Oversee term sheets and contract language in collaboration with Legal and Market Access Strategy.
• Manage Pricing Committee and provide analytics for high-impact accounts.
• Coordinate with Finance, Gross-to-Net, forecasting, and analytics for accurate data usage.
• Develop dashboards to monitor contract performance and renewal recommendations.
