Associa is seeking a Community Association Manager (LCAM) to join our team in the Kissimmee, FL region. The role involves working closely with clients and vendors, coordinating with Associa departments, and delivering high-level customer service across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida LCAM license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in community management or related field.

• Ability to work well with others in person and in groups.
• Strong time management and deadline-driven.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Travel to client associations for board meetings, inspections, walk-throughs, and events.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statements and arrange mailing per statute.
• Review monthly financial reports and submit management summary to the Board.
• Provide recommendations to the Board and committees on major capital expenditures.
