Associa is seeking an Onsite Community Association Manager (LCAM) to join our team at a beautiful community located in Okeechobee, FL. You will work closely with homeowners, boards, and vendors to keep the neighborhood well managed and compliant.

The role requires excellent customer service, organization, and communication; travel to client associations and meetings as needed; and the ability to manage multiple tasks within governance and budget guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Florida LCAM license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in Community Management, customer service, hospitality or related industry.
• Proficiency in business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling).
• Proficient in Customer Service and conflict resolution.
• Able to work effectively with others in person and in group setting.
• Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally on phone, email, and in-person.

Aufgaben

• Act as liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Travel to client associations to attend board meetings, perform inspections, conduct walk-throughs, and attend community events as needed.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages for all homeowners and arrange bulk mailing within time frames set by statute or documents.
• Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the board.
• Provide recommendations to the Board and committees regarding major capital expenditures.
