Qualifications

• Valid LCAM certification as required by the state.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple community associations.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports; ensure timely assessment collections.
• Coordinate board meetings and ensure compliance with governing documents and state laws.
• Address resident concerns and resolve disputes promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including fair housing.
