Job summary

Associa is seeking an Onsite Community Association Manager (LCAM) for a beautiful Kissimmee, FL community. The role requires a valid Florida LCAM license and strong customer service, hospitality, and communication skills to manage multiple projects and partner with vendors and boards.

The candidate will attend board meetings at client associations, prepare disclosure packages and financial statements, and review monthly reports to ensure accurate summaries for the board.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida LCAM license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in community management, customer service, hospitality, or related field.
• Strong business communication (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling).
• Proficient in customer service and conflict resolution.
• Able to work effectively with others in person and in group settings.
• Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Travel to client associations to attend board meetings, perform inspections, and attend events as required.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, meeting notices, and financial statements for homeowners; handle bulk mailing within deadlines.
• Review monthly financial reports and present management summaries to the board.
• Provide recommendations to the Board and committees regarding major capital expenditures.
