Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr Launch Program Manager to lead strategic, large-scale initiatives within Global Engineering Services. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, drive program delivery, and scale operations for future growth.

You will own end-to-end program strategy, manage complex launches across multiple sites, and push continuous improvement using data-driven decision making. This role requires extensive travel up to 75% and strong leadership in ambiguous

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
MBA or Master’s degree preferred; deep knowledge of operations or program management is a plus.
