Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a Program Manager to drive end-to-end launch operations, coordinating across product, marketing, engineering, security, legal and field teams to keep launches on time and quality.

You will track milestones, surface risks early, maintain dashboards, and help implement process improvements, including leveraging Generative AI tools to speed documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end launch operations program including tracking milestones and deliverables, maintaining schedules, and surfacing risks across multiple concurrent launches.
• Coordinate with product managers, marketing, engineering, security, legal, and field teams to keep launches moving from intake to customer availability and help remove blockers.
• Help identify process gaps in how launches move through the pipeline and contribute to improvements that raise quality and reduce cycle time.
• Maintain program dashboards and status reporting, ensuring stakeholders have accurate, timely visibility into launch progress.
• Track program metrics and help improve signal-to-noise so the most important launches are elevated to customers.
• Apply generative AI tools including Amazon Quick to streamline documentation, status reporting, and program analysis.
