Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager on the Industrial Launch & Execution team to lead complex cross-functional programs for grocery distribution center launches, ASRS retrofits, and network expansion.

You will own end-to-end delivery across Operations, Construction, Real Estate and Design, coordinating with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful project turnover. The role requires travel up to 25% to on-site launches and site engagements, with a focus on scalable, standardized

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution for industrial facilities ranging from 60k to 1M square feet with advanced mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Develop and standardize scalable processes that enable network-wide expansion and reduce ambiguity.
• Own program communications, presenting status/metrics to leadership and escalating issues when needed.
• Coordinate across Senior Operations Managers, Construction Managers, Reliability & Maintenance Engineering, and WHS for readiness and launches.
