Eaton Corporation’s Electrical Critical Power Solutions division seeks a Commerical Contracts and Large Bid Sales Manager in Raleigh, NC. This hybrid office/remote role leads pre-sales reviews for Data Center power projects and develops pricing strategies to ensure profitable growth.

The role requires 5+ years in operations, engineering, sales, or marketing, with a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred. Relocation benefits for within the United States only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong commercial negotiation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-sales large project quotations for Data Center Power Distribution and 3-Phase UPS projects.
• Create business cases for large quotations including capacity, margins, commissions, and pricing strategies.
• Evaluate contract terms and risk; advise Sales Manager on priceable items to cover risks.
• Maintain and update the quotation tool with pricing, project data, and customer feedback.
