Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical division seeks a Division Sales Engineer in Raleigh, NC. This hybrid role combines field-based pre-sales support with local office collaboration to drive Critical Power Digital Infrastructure solutions, including UPS, power distribution, batteries and monitoring systems.

You will partner with sales teams, configure non-standard products in Bid Manager, review RFQs, and help customers select optimal Eaton solutions while aiming for sales and margin targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge for data center products.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical and quotation support for the territory.
• Maintain product knowledge of UPS, switchgear, batteries and monitoring.
• Review RFQ/DTRs in Bid Manager and approve/deny price multipliers.
• Meet or exceed sales volume and margin objectives in the region.
• Prepare battery calculations and translate specs to customers.
• Support global accounts in healthcare and medical imaging applications.
