Job summary

Juniper Landscaping seeks an Operations Manager for our Landscape Maintenance teams. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, ensure crews are properly resourced, and that work is completed on schedule while meeting quality standards across service agreements.

You will lead Production Managers, drive consistency, and serve as the key link between field execution and branch leadership, guiding safety, productivity, and cost efficiency across maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in commercial landscape maintenance; 2+ years in a management role.
• Experience managing field crews, scheduling, and labor oversight.
• Knowledge of turf, irrigation, horticulture, and seasonal services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and industry software.
• Valid US driver's license with MVR verification.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations across assigned service areas.
• Monitor crew productivity and performance; take corrective action.
• Develop crew schedules and allocate equipment.
• Resolve customer service tickets; ensure timely closure.
• Escalate field issues; maintain service continuity.
• Inspect sites to ensure contract specs and standards.
• Report metrics to Branch Manager; identify margin improvements.
• Coordinate materials and resources for production schedules.
• Enforce company policies in the field.
• Support estimating with field input on scope and rates.
