Qualifications

• 3-5 years of landscape management experience required.
• Must be at least 18 and pass pre-employment background check.
• Possess strong leadership with ability to manage crews.
• Forecast labor, materials and equipment needs.
• Excellent communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance of contracted landscape services.
• Plan and schedule services and coordinate with crew and Account/Branch Managers.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with company policies.
• Manage payroll reporting and job completion tracking.
• Maintain quality control across portfolio of accounts.
