Mariani Landscape in Lake Bluff, IL is seeking a Client Representative to be the primary contact for maintenance clients, nurturing relationships from initial sale through ongoing weekly service.

You will manage client needs, present maintenance options, coordinate with Production Coordinators and crews, follow up on leads, and help grow department revenue with exceptional customer service. A focus on clear communication, accuracy in records, and timely proposals is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience, preferably in the landscape industry.
• Demonstrate exemplary knowledge of landscape terminology, plant materials, and installation techniques.
• Previous experience as a Client Representative, Production Coordinator, or Crew Leader preferred.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the consistent Mariani maintenance approach and standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain established sales volume by staying current with client needs and market trends.
• Initiate and attend maintenance client presentations and meetings.
• Visit sites with clients to ensure needs are being met.
• Inform clients of relevant issues and involve them in decision making.
• Prepare proposals, renewals, and contracts using standard templates.
• Monitor billing and communicate with administrative and production teams.
