Mission Landscape Companies is seeking an Account Manager in Sacramento. This exempt role requires managing maintenance accounts, completing punch lists, and coordinating with Crew Supervisors, Staff and Irrigation Technicians to meet property goals.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of experience as an Account Manager, with strong English communication and organizational skills.
The Account Manager is the person who makes sure the projects are clean, green and detailed. All punch list items generated will be completed in a timely manner working with Crew Supervisors, Staff and Irrigation Technicians. Reports to the Regional Manager and supports their needs to move the property in the direction of the goals set for the property.

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); minimum three years related Account Manager experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Fluent in English language skills (verbal and written) required; verbal bilingual language skills (English/Spanish).
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Valid California drivers license with a Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier, and a California state Pest Control Applicator's License.
