HR Green, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead land development projects in the Houston area. You will guide projects from pursuit through delivery, coordinating with developers, municipalities and multidisciplinary teams.

This role blends technical leadership with business development, client engagement, and mentorship of staff, offering visibility with leadership and opportunity to influence long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer license in Texas.
• Five to seven years of experience as a Project Manager within land development.
• Experience managing residential, commercial, and industrial development projects.
• Strong business development and client relationship management; communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from planning through delivery.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and client expectations.
• Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for key clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project pursuits including proposals, presentations, and client strategy discussions.
• Mentor and support project managers and engineering staff.
• Monitor project financial performance: billing, scope changes, and profitability.
• Support business development and identify opportunities for client growth.
