Job summary

Langan Engineering & Environmental Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Land Surveying to join the Houston, TX team. The role focuses on leading a localized survey department, managing staff, and developing new clients in a technologically progressive environment.

You will oversee project budgets, schedule field crews, supervise staff, and mentor team members while maintaining client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of surveying experience in both field and office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software with strong computer skills.
• State Survey license or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with proposals, job estimates, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategies to meet client objectives and manage multiple projects.
• Prepare data for field work, schedule crews, review field data, and QA/QC raw data.
• Oversee written descriptions, survey plans, reports and CAD deliverables.
• Perform complex analyses for portions of surveying projects.
• Interpret findings and ensure accurate data collection and reductions within budget.
