Qualifications

• Four-year degree or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of land development/construction/engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year with a national homebuilding company.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).
• Ability to read engineering and architectural plans.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate with internal departments, engineers, attorneys, surveyors, and city staff.
• Build and maintain development budgets and schedules; gain approvals on time.
• Engage with management to create and follow the company business plan.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to entitle and deliver lots on schedule.
• Review reports, plans, proposals, invoices, and change orders; address issues quickly.
