As a team leader and client manager, you’ll supervise engineers, develop schedules and budgets, pursue business development, and mentor others. The role demands proven leadership and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer preferred or required.
• 10+ years post-graduate experience or 2-3+ years post-Master’s.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on major projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct engineering projects with complex features.
• Supervise engineering and support personnel.
• Analyze scope, RFPs and firm proposals; organize project work.
• Develop and monitor design schedules to meet objectives.
• Develop and track budgets and timelines for clients.
• Lead as team leader and client manager.
• Support business development, proposals, and project management.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and staff.
• Conceive initial design approaches for major project phases.
