Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Land Development to lead and manage projects from feasibility through delivery in the Houston area.

The role emphasizes cost-effective, sustainable design for municipalities, government agencies, and private developers, with potential for long-term growth. You will guide project scopes, budgets, and schedules, mentor engineers and staff, and collaborate with multi-discipline teams while maintaining client satisfaction and adherence to Halff

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience leading or supporting land development projects.
• PE license in Texas.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Experience with Civil 3D; 2D modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from due diligence through delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Assist in preparation of proposals and RFQs.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with standards and codes.
• Monitor budgets, allocate resources, and optimize profitability.
• Build relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide mentorship to engineers and staff.
