The role involves coordinating with title and escrow agents, assisting with permits, and ensuring timely submittals and documentation, while maintaining accurate archives and daily correspondence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel and excellent writing/communication.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain land/lot contract files.
• Assist in the permit process, schedule timelines, and adjustments.
• Prepare analysis/deal sheet for each site.
• Coordinate closing process with title and escrow agents.
• Manage archives and storage of land acquisition files.
• Coordinate with city/county for address approvals.
