is seeking a Land Acquisition Coordinator in the Operations Department to organize and maintain land/lot contracts and feasibility through closing for the Land Acquisition and Land Development teams. The right candidate will manage contract files, assist with permits and schedules, prepare deal analyses, track deadlines, coordinate with title and escrow agents, and support HOA, environmental studies, site plans, and phasing efforts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Three to five years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and skills.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, organize, and maintain land/lot contract files.
• Assist in the permit process, schedule timelines, and adjustments.
• Prepare analysis/deal sheet for each site.
• Maintain status/critical dates report to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate closing process with outside title and escrow agents.
• Coordinate HOA set up and governing documents.
• Organize and maintain daily correspondence and archives.
• Prepare and send check requests.
• Coordinate with city/county for address approval.
• Support exhibits, phasing plans, and entitlement submissions.
