Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Land Coordinator to support the Land Development team. You will assist with acquisitions, reports, and file maintenance to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Ideal candidates have an AA degree (or equivalent) with 2–3 years of related experience and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach. This role offers entry to mid-level growth with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with land development, acquisitions, and land/lot purchases.
• Run land reports and maintain project files.
• Coordinate HUD approvals, payables, and permit processing.
• Order surety bonds and letters of credit, and assist with bonds paperwork.
• Act as liaison with Homeowners' Associations and manage HOA documents.
