Job summary

NewRange Copper Nickel LLC seeks a Land Management Specialist to support land tenure, access, and property management across development properties. The role administers land agreements, tracks obligations, and coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You'll focus on regulatory compliance, records management, and risk mitigation while aligning land considerations with project planning. Some travel to sites may be required and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years in land management, real estate, or permitting.
  • Experience in resource development, mining, infrastructure, or land management is an asset.
  • Experience with land access agreements and property transactions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate land tenure, agreements, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Review, track, and maintain land agreements and obligations.
  • Support land acquisitions, divestments, and related property transactions.
  • Communicate with regulators, landowners, and internal teams on access needs.
  • Maintain land records and utilize GIS/databases for tenure tracking.
