Job summary

Cemstone is seeking a Land Management Specialist to act as a liaison among internal stakeholders, regulatory agencies, landowners, and external partners for planning, development, operation, and maintenance of company assets and infrastructure.

The role maintains land records, assists with acquisitions, supports permitting processes, and collaborates with Operations, Environmental, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate royalty-related payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum five years in land management, real estate administration, or permitting is preferred.
• Experience in land management environments such as mining, infrastructure, or resource development is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to convey technical information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Promote Cemstone values in all work activities.
• Support land use permitting and coordinate with regulators to obtain approvals.
• Assist with property planning, due diligence, and land management activities for operations and projects.
• Monitor zoning compliance and manage permit renewals when needed.
• Represent the Company at public hearings and provide formal presentations.
