Job summary

P&C Recruiting | H.R. is seeking a Land Management Specialist to support land tenure, access, and property management across project sites.

You will collaborate with environmental, permitting, operations, and legal teams to ensure land-related activities align with regulatory requirements and company standards. The role involves maintaining accurate land records, assisting with acquisitions/divestments, coordinating land agreements (License of Occupation, Right of Way, Access, Road Use, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or related certification in a relevant field is preferred.
Minimum of five years in land management or a related field.
Experience in resource development, mining, infrastructure is an asset.
Experience supporting land access agreements and property transactions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Ensure land management activities comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and environmental standards.
Support land-related compliance activities and participate in site risk assessments as needed.
Review, track, and maintain land agreements including licenses, ROWs, access, road use, and sale agreements.
Assist in drafting and coordinating new land agreements and amendments.
Monitor agreement obligations and maintain records of correspondence and key dates.
Coordinate with internal teams, landowners, and external stakeholders to support access requirements.
Maintain land records, utilize GIS/data systems to track tenure and boundaries.
Prepare reports and risk assessments to support informed decision-making.
