Job summary

Enbridge Inc. seeks a Manager, Labor Relations (US) to lead labor relations activities across the United States, supporting unions and bargaining units.

You will guide strategic bargaining, contract administration, and complex employee relations issues while leading a team of labor relations professionals. The role requires a university degree and 8+ years in HR with 5+ years in labor relations, plus strong negotiation and advisory skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Human Resources experience, including 5+ years in Labor Relations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor relations legislation and state/federal laws.
• Experience leading collective bargaining negotiations with significant bargaining units.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor relations activities across the United States, ensuring strategies align with business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic labor relations plans compliant with CBAs and laws.
• Provide strategic direction for bargaining negotiations and contract administration, including grievances and arbitrations.
• Serve as lead negotiator for CB negotiations where applicable; guide complex labor relations matters.
• Mentor and coach the U.S. Labor Relations team on CBAs and interpretation of agreements.
• Advise leaders on strategies and organizational changes affecting unionized employees.
• Build and maintain relationships with unions; monitor labor relations metrics.
