Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Manager, Labor Relations (US) to provide strategic leadership for labor relations across the United States.

You will shape plans aligned with business objectives, lead contract negotiations, and guide the Labor Relations team in handling grievances, arbitration, and contract interpretation. You will advise leaders on organizational changes impacting unionized employees, build relationships with unions, and support communications and M&A activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years HR experience, including 5+ years in Labor Relations.
• Experience with grievances, arbitrations, and contract interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor relations activities across the United States.
• Develop and implement strategic labor relations plans compliant with agreements and laws.
• Negotiate, administer contracts, and handle mid-term bargaining and grievances.
• Mentor and coach the U.S. Labor Relations team.
• Advise leaders on business strategies impacting unionized employees.
