Job summary

Enbridge seeks a Manager, Labor Relations (US) to lead labor relations across the United States, aligning bargaining, contract administration, and strategic initiatives with business objectives. You will mentor the U.S. Labor Relations team, advise leaders, and build strong relationships with unions while monitoring metrics and trends to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in Labor Relations.
• Experience managing grievances, arbitrations, human rights matters and contract interpretation.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor relations laws.
• Experience leading collective bargaining negotiations with significant bargaining units.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor relations across the United States ensuring strategies align with business objectives.
• Develop strategic labor relations plans compliant with agreements and laws.
• Direct collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration.
• Serve as lead negotiator for bargaining negotiations where applicable.
• Mentor US Labor Relations team on agreements interpretation and administration.
• Advise leaders on business changes affecting unionized employees.
• Build relationships with unions and monitor labor relations metrics.
