Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Manager, Labor Relations to provide strategic leadership for labor relations across the United States. You will lead a team, guide collective bargaining, and oversee contract administration to support unionized employees.

The role requires a strong background in U.S. labor law, extensive negotiation experience, and a track record of building productive stakeholder relationships. This is a hybrid, full-time position with travel across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in Labor Relations.
• Experience leading collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor relations activities across the United States, ensuring strategies align with business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic labor relations plans compliant with CBAs and laws.
• Provide direction for collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration, including mid-term bargaining and grievances.
• Serve as lead negotiator for CBAs and advise on complex labor relations matters.
• Mentor and coach the U.S. Labor Relations team on contract administration and interpretation.
• Advise leaders on organizational changes impacting unionized employees.
