Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, including 3 years in labor relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and grievance procedures.
• Experience advising on complex workplace issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor management relations, ensuring compliance with CBAs and labor law.
• Manage grievances and dispute resolutions.
• Develop labor relations strategies supporting operational goals.
• Facilitate and lead collective bargaining negotiations.
