Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Labor Relations or related field with 5–10 years in HR/labor relations.
• Experience administering collective bargaining agreements, investigations, and grievance processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration with managers, union representatives, and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and apply collective bargaining agreements, work rules, and company policies.
• Serve as labor relations contact for managers, supervisors, union representatives, and Team Members.
• Administer the grievance procedure and track activity.
• Support recruiting activities and staffing as needed.
• Provide training and guidance on labor relations practices.
