Job summary

Lamwork is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to lead bargaining planning, negotiations, and labor strategy development in alignment with business goals. The role oversees employee relations matters, including grievances, arbitrations, and union interactions, while interpreting contracts and policies on wages and benefits.

The position requires strong collaboration with HR, management, and unions to deliver compliant and effective labor relations programs across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NLRA and state/local laws and regulations.
• Experience in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred; PHR or SPHR also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead bargaining negotiations and interpret multiple collective bargaining agreements.
• Advise management on disciplinary actions and workplace issues while complying with laws.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state labor/employment laws and corporate policies.
• Coach management on employee relations and labor strategy development.
