Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and implementation of Labor Relations programs.
• Serve as chief spokesperson for contract negotiations and prepare negotiation strategy.
• Advise managers on labor relations matters and contract interpretations.
• Oversee the grievance process and coordinate with counsel on arbitrations and NLRB matters.
• Partner with union leaders and operations leadership to optimize performance.
