Zusammenfassung

Beyond New Horizons (BNH) seeks a Labor & Industrial Relations Specialist to ensure consistent interpretation and application of CBAs, PLAs, LAs, and CLA language across the AEDC site. You will also coordinate with unions and safety teams to implement compliance and policy adherence.

The role requires a strong background in labor relations, negotiations, and dispute resolution, with U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years in Labor/Industrial Relations or related fields.
• Must obtain/maintain an active security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship due to federal contract requirements.

Aufgaben

• Interpret and administer CBAs, PLAs, CLAs, and LAs for compliance.
• Conduct disciplinary investigations of bargaining unit employees.
• Lead grievance meetings and arbitration preparation under agreements.
• Ensure site-wide work rules and policies are enforced uniformly.
• Interface with unions and manage coordination with safety representatives.
