Job summary

Beyond New Horizons is seeking a Labor & Industrial Relations Specialist to support AEDC operations at Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee. The role ensures proper interpretation and application of CBAs, PLAs, LAs, and CLA language, and promotes uniform site rules and procedures.

You will analyze jurisdictional issues, process grievances through arbitration, and collaborate with unions, the Air Engineering Metal Trades Council, and related entities to maintain compliant labor relations and safe

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting and administering CBAs, PLAs, CLAs, and LAs.
• Formal grievance handling and arbitration preparation experience preferred.
• Understanding of federal labor relations processes and safety interface.
• Active U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and administer CBAs, PLAs, CLAs, and LAs to ensure compliant work.
• Participate in grievance meetings and arbitration preparation.
• Ensure site-wide work rules and policies are enforced uniformly.
• Interface with unions, labor councils, and legal representatives regularly.
• Deliver training and assist in union-related investigations.
