Job summary
Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) seeks a Labor & Industrial Relations Specialist to support the AEDC contract at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. You will help interpret CBAs, manage grievances, and coordinate with unions and safety teams to ensure compliance across the site.
The role requires a strong background in labor/industrial relations, citizenship, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Open to internal and external applicants with a clear path to collaboration with legal and management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor/Industrial Relations, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Labor/Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, or Investigations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain active security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship required for contract compliance.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and administer CBAs, PLAs, CLAs, and LAs to ensure compliance.
- Investigate bargaining unit employee issues and conduct grievance handling.
- Interface with unions and labor councils; coordinate safety program integration.
- Prepare for mediation/arbitration and liaise with NLRB/FMCS when needed.
- Provide training and assist in personnel investigations across the site.
