Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a seasoned Learning and Development facilitator to deliver programs that build workforce capabilities across the organization. You will run instructor-led sessions, both in person and virtually, and align training with business goals in partnership with People Practices and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in education or related field and 6+ years of experience in training delivery, coaching, and program facilitation. Certifications are not required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in training facilitation, instructional delivery, coaching, or learning & development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs in-person and virtually.
• Applies instructional techniques to engage learners with diverse styles.
• Manages classroom and virtual environments to promote participation and maintain dynamics.
• Adapts delivery to audience needs and program objectives.
• Partners with People Practices and stakeholders to align workshops with organizational goals.
• Connects employees with learning resources and opportunities for growth.
• Shares feedback and insights with program managers to improve programs.
