Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an L&D Delivery Manager to lead regional training delivery and workforce capability development across multiple locations in the United States. The role focuses on coordinating learning opportunities, partnering with subject matter experts, and ensuring effective delivery of programs for diverse employee groups.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in learning and development, strong facilitation skills, and experience managing trainers or L&D teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, organizational development, or related field.
8+ years of experience in learning and development, training facilitation, coaching, or related areas.
Experience managing facilitators, trainers, or L&D team members is preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees across multiple roles and levels.
Develop and coordinate regional training calendars aligned with business and workforce development needs.
Engage subject matter experts and facilitators to support delivery of learning programs across multiple focus areas.
Manage facilitator staffing, work assignments, performance, and development to ensure effective training delivery.
Partner with People Practices leaders to promote learning and development opportunities.
Evaluate learning program feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
