PEAK6 is seeking a Learning & Development Program Coordinator to design, deliver, and improve PEAK6's enterprise-wide learning. You will stand up a firm-wide management training program by sourcing and managing external vendors, then run day-to-day operations: scheduling, communications, tracking, and reporting across PEAK6 and its subsidiaries.

This role involves Workday Learning administration, developing path curricula, and supporting 360s and HiPo programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/Business or related field (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years in learning & development or talent development.
• Experience sourcing and managing external vendors and contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of manager learning programs across PEAK6 and subsidiaries.
• Own the program calendar, logistics, invitations, and pre/post-work.
• Manage Workday Learning administration and reporting.
• Build and run additional talent programs like HiPo or Manager 360 as needed.
• Partner with HR, leaders, and vendors to ensure program success.
