Job summary

PEAK6 is hiring a Learning & Development Program Coordinator to design, deliver, and continuously improve the enterprise-wide learning ecosystem across PEAK6 and its subsidiaries.

The role focuses on standing up a firm-wide management training program, sourcing and managing external vendors, and running day-to-day operations such as scheduling, communications, and reporting. It requires strong organization and cross-functional collaboration with HR partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, program coordination, or organizational development.
• Experience sourcing, vetting, and managing external vendors or consulting partners, including contracts and budgets.
• Hands-on experience administering a learning management system (Workday Learning strongly preferred).
• Experience coordinating or supporting 360-feedback, manager development, or high-potential programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of manager learning programs (leadership development, onboarding, skills training, compliance training) with HR and business leaders.
• Own the program calendar: schedule sessions, cohorts, facilitators, participants; manage rooms and virtual platforms across locations.
• Follow up with partners, participants, and managers to keep programs on schedule and ensure items are completed.
• Develop and maintain a company-wide learning calendar and curriculum roadmap spanning PEAK6 and subsidiaries.
• Track participation, collect feedback, report completion rates and program effectiveness; drive improvements with partners.
• Identify, vet, and manage external training firms, facilitators, coaches, and content providers that fit PEAK6's needs.
