Job summary

BDO USA seeks a P&C Project Manager, Learning & Development, to lead L&D projects from planning to implementation. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies, and support governance and process improvements across the L&D function.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in corporate learning, with experience in program management and both e-learning and face-to-face training. National ranges apply across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in corporate learning or adult education.
• Experience with program management and both e-learning and in-person training is required.
• Experience at a professional services firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, execution, and delivery of select projects with alignment to goals and timelines.
• Collaborates with National L&D and stakeholders to define goals and support initiatives.
• Develops detailed project plans, allocates resources, and tracks progress to maximize efficiency.
• Leads or supports internal L&D projects such as operating model changes and tool rollouts.
• Manages dependencies across teams to ensure coordinated execution.
• Identifies and mitigates risks to keep projects on track.
• Supports implementation of learning technologies and platforms.
• Maintains documentation and ensures compliance with policies and standards.
