East Penn Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead a 12-person team of Advisors and Manufacturing Skills Training SMEs.

You will expand manufacturing training and extend programs into office and professional roles, ensuring alignment with company objectives and KPIs. The role requires a strategic thinker with proven blended learning and microlearning experience, strong data literacy, and the ability to leverage LMS and Microsoft 365 for scalable training across

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, HR, or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in L&D, with at least 2–3 years in leadership roles.
• Proven success in implementing blended learning and microlearning strategies.
• Experience managing multi-site training operations.
• Strong data literacy and ability to connect learning outcomes to business metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and change leadership skills.
