Job summary

Tommy Enterprises seeks an innovative HR Learning & Development Manager to design and drive a high-impact program structure that aligns with top industry standards. You will develop ROI measures and lead interactive e-learnings, onboarding, leadership pathways, and continuous upskilling across the organization.

You will partner with leaders to execute the strategy, manage budgets, and oversee both online and in-person training initiatives, ensuring measurable impact on performance and business

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent formal training/certifications and experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Process-oriented with ability to collaborate across org levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy of L&D programming to ensure best-in-industry standards.
• Collaborate with leaders to establish L&D strategies that optimize performance and drive results.
• Lead programs and systems per strategy, including deliverables, reports, communications, and learning materials.
• Facilitate in-person workshops and training sessions.
• Own annual program calendar and communicate schedules to all team members.
• Establish and track budget for learning and development programs and resources.
• Oversee eLearning platform and training reporting for department metrics.
• Consolidate and build training material and update as needed to create a company-wide library.
• Create onboarding training paths for departments and roles, including administration.
