Job summary

NAPA’s Learning & Development team seeks an Instructional Designer to translate business needs into instructor‑led, virtual, and digital learning solutions. You will drive the full content lifecycle from needs analysis to deployment and evaluation, partnering with SMEs and business stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities span designing content, developing across formats, and maintaining quality aligned with standards and branding while leveraging LMS tools to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Education, L&D, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of instructional design, e-learning, curriculum development, or talent development experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models, learner-centered design, and assessment practices.
• Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning solutions.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring, presentation, and multimedia tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Synthesia) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply adult learning theory to create engaging learning solutions.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and microlearning content.
• Write objectives, curricula, scripts, storyboards, and assessments.
• Translate complex content into learner-friendly materials.
• Ensure assets meet accessibility, branding, and LMS standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content.
• Lead design discussions to clarify tasks, needs, and requirements.
• Manage project timelines and review cycles with teams.
• Perform QA to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with objectives.
• Use data to identify learning barriers and drive improvements.
